Conductele de apa, vechi de peste 30 de ani, din zona Toparasilor – Liceul Militar, vor fi inlocuite cu altele noi, scapand astfel locuitorii de calvarul pierderilor de apa si de sistarile dese. Realizarea acestui proiect imperios de pe strazile…
