Seful statului a deschins, marti dimineata, in Afganistan pentru a-i vizita pe militarii romani dislocati in Kandahar si in Qalat. Plecarea sa nu a fost anuntata oficial in programul prezidential, ea fiind o surpriza, cu ocazia Zilei Nationale a Romaniei….
