Odată ajunşi în faţa Prefecturii, protestatarii clujeni s-au aliniat peste drum de instituţie. La un moment dat, din mijlocul mulţimii a zburat o petardă până în spatele jandarmilor aliniaţi pe trotuarul din faţa Prefecturii….
